Donor Requirements

1. Age 21-31.
2. Non-smoker and non-user of illegal substances
3. Height/ Weight Proportional
4. Intelligent (Some College Preferred)
5. Healthy
6. Regular Menstrual Cycles
7. Mature, responsible, and reliable
8. Have had a pap smear within the last 12 months
9. No piercing or tattoos in the last 12 months
10. Free of all sexually transmitted diseases
11. Not currently on the Depo Provera shot, Norplant or using a hormonal IUD such as Mirena

Donor Expectations

• Willing to undergo medical, psychological, and background screening
• Willing to be available for 6-8 weeks, attend approximately 10 doctor appointments
• Willing to perform self-administered injections for a period of approximately two weeks
• Willing to undergo a procedure via sedation or light anesthesia to retrieve eggs
